The river view from my balcony blew me away. I spent mornings sipping coffee while taking in the peaceful scenery. The staff greeted me with smiles every time I walked in, making me feel welcome. The access to nature activities is fantastic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the noise from the street was bothersome at times. I could hear trucks during the night, which interrupted my sleep. Also, the air conditioning was too loud and hard to adjust. I hope they look into better soundproofing and maintenance on the HVAC systems. Breakfast options were good, but could use more variety. I found myself wanting something different by the second day.

the best western was such a lovely stay for our family. the king suite was spacious and spotlessly clean, perfect for our kids. the location was fantastic, easy walk to the quaint village and the riverfront was a wonderful bonus. the staff stood out, always friendly and helpful. breakfasts had great variety and were tasty, and the pool area was nice too.

I stayed in a well laid out queen room with a balcony overlooking the river, and I loved being just half a mile from the quaint downtown area with its wonderful restaurants and shops. There’s a lovely park right down the way for a perfect stroll along the riverbank. The overall atmosphere was tranquil and the access to nature made it such a refreshing getaway.

Tip, enjoy breakfast early for the best views. Just note, securing true blackout curtains would enhance the experience during nighttime events.

This was an excellent fit for a weekend excursion in Dillsboro and great for the money. The breakfast room was spacious with more options than usual, really enjoyed it. Just make sure to check the shower head. I noticed some black mold during our stay.
